We reply within two business days. Include your iPhone model and iOS version — it speeds things up considerably.
Those are the language model weights. The model runs directly on your iPhone, which is why job descriptions and your experience never leave the device. The download happens once; after that the app works offline. If storage is tight, you can pick a smaller model in Settings.
It resumes: tap download again and it continues from where it stopped. Use Wi-Fi.
The model runs on your device rather than a server — that is the price of your data never leaving the phone. On recent iPhones a resume takes under a minute; on older ones longer. To speed it up, choose the 1B model in Settings instead of 3B: the wording is simpler but noticeably faster.
Some sites do not serve pages to automated requests. Copy the posting text and paste it into the field below the link field — that path always works, for any board, including LinkedIn and company career sites.
Tap any requirement in the report and the app shows exactly what covers it. If nothing matched but you do have the experience, add it to your profile and the score recalculates. The score is deterministic: the same profile and posting always produce the same number.
It should not: fonts are embedded in the document. If you hit this, email us and attach the file.
No. The app works fully without signing up. Sign in with Apple is only needed for the optional cloud backup of your profile.
Settings → Cloud backup → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. The profile and resumes on the device itself remain.
Enable cloud backup on the old device and tap "Back up now". On the new one, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore from backup".
Describe what you did and what you expected to see. Useful to include:
The app sends no logs anywhere, so without your description we cannot see the problem.
